Director of Ministries & Team Development
Affectionally know as Coach Dave. He Provides leadership and coaching to all ministry coordinators, ensuring alignment with vision, leadership development, and a clear pathway for growth. This role equips leaders, strengthens teams, and builds a sustainable structure for ministry expansion.

Guest Experience Coordinator
Ensures every guest feels welcomed and valued by leading hospitality teams from the parking lot to the seat with excellence and care. Oversees the Host Team, Greeter Team, First Time Guest Team, and Hospitality Team to create a warm, seamless, and intentional guest experience. -
Ronald Griffin
Production & Media Coordinator
Leads creative and technical teams to deliver impactful in-person and online experiences through sound, media, and production. Oversees the Live Broadcast Team, Sound Team, Photography Team, and Screens Team to ensure excellence, clarity, and consistency across every service and event. -
Carrington Cooke-Hicks
Next Steps Coordinator
Guides individuals in their faith journey by overseeing Growth Track, baptisms, and other next steps into community and serving. Leads the Next Steps process with clarity and care so people can move from first-time guests to engaged, connected members of the church. -

RNWL Kids Coordinator
Leads a dynamic children’s ministry that nurtures spiritual growth, equips families, and creates a safe, engaging environment for kids. Oversees volunteers, curriculum, and events to foster faith development and family connection from infancy through elementary years.ption goes here -
Miriam Holt
Renewal Cares Coordinator
Affectionately called Mother Miriam. She Oversees care ministries to ensure every person is supported spiritually, emotionally, and practically during life’s critical moments. Leads Armour Bearers, Chasers (Prayer Team), and Pastoral Care teams with compassion and intentionality to provide timely, heartfelt assistance and prayer coverage.
